So fresh and not a single artitificial preservative. Also, the handwritten note from jenna is a reminder of her dedication. She did not have to do that. But the fact that she did, on every jar, shows her passion.

Also, her instagram page gives new ideas of what to pair kimchi with. Super useful for people like me who don't know what to do with it :)

The store bought ones that I’ve tried here always had a strong punch of sourness and heat which I couldn’t enjoy unfortunately.

Love that the vegetables also retain their flavor and don’t get overpowered by the chilli paste.

I have kept it for now and I am going to try a little every 2-3 days till it gets sour enough for my liking. Thank you so much. Your note is so sweet as well.

Since pizzerias in Skåne have stopped giving salad, it is a nice option to keep at home and to be used with a pizza or on omelet etc.

It is probably the best Kimchi that I have eaten until now. Jenna has also considered my preferences for the level of fermentation as well as the spiciness.

Jenna's Kimchi is the only REAL Korean kimchi you can see in Skåne. You should leave it in the room temperature until it gets fully fermented and you will get the utmost flavor and nutrition from it. Making kimchi is not as simple as you can guess. I admire Jenna's effort and her passion of introducing authentic Korean food to Sweden. :D

It's actually the best kimchi I ever had. It beats all the kimchi I've had from supermarkets and in Korean restaurants as well!!

Hailing from Los Angeles, the city with the most Korean people outside of Korea, I was spoiled with great kimchi options. I can say that Jenna's Kimchi meets and even exceeds the ones I've had! I will keep buying from her because I know the quality of her food is high and the taste will remain exceptional.

I tried it and wound up finishing the entire jar of tomato kimchi from my starter pack in one day! I will definitely be ordering large jars next time because its just so delicious! It works with so many different types of meals; It can work with rice, but also with sandwiches! And with Jenna sharing recipes on her instagram there is always new ideas for what to eat it with!

And since there are different kinds, if the traditional cabbage kimchi isn’t your favorite, you might like one of the other two types! The tomato kimchi is seriously AMAZING. Its got the right amount of spicy, plus acidity and sweetness from the tomatoes and onions. I could eat it with everything!

The ordering process was easy and I loved that she offers home delivery despite living in a different city. I was so excited to get it that my partner and I planned lunch around the kimchi the day it was scheduled to arrive. We ended up eating half of the medium sized jar in the first sitting! I highly recommended Jenna’s Kimchi. We’ll be ordering more next time!

…between tart, savory, sweet and spicy, and has such depth in flavor despite what I originally thought it would be, since it's vegan and doesn't use the original fish-based ingredients. It's the real deal when it comes to kimchi in Scandinavia, let alone homemade kimchi!
