  • Napa cabbage kimchi is the most classic kimchi from South Korea. We keep the traditions in making kimchi by using typical kimchi ingredients such as garlic, radish, and gochugaru, but use homemade vegan broth instead of fish sauce to make it even better.

  • Nappa cabbage, radish, green onion, homemade vegan kimchi paste boiled for 12+ hours

  • Consume the whole jar within 2-3 months for the best texture and acidity.

    Keep it refrigerated (0~4°C, max 8°C) and serve it chill.
